Attacking food insecurity by providing weekend food when school breakfast and lunches are unavailable. PACKS of food with 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, fruit/veggie, snack and drink items are distributed weekly to area elementary schools in Jacksonville, Florida. Each weekly PACK costs $4.50 per week per child to supply the needed items shown. 90 children were served 21-22 school year. Currently 50 are being served this 22-23 school year.
PACKS are filled with personal care items (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap/body wash, wash cloth, lotion, etc.) & an inspirational item of encouragement (devotional, scripture card, etc.). These are for men, women and children and are packaged to meet each need individually. (Items included similar to those shown). These PACKS ARE DISTRUBTED AS NEEDED/ REQUESTED & DURING PACK ATTACK COMMUNITY SERVICE DAYS.
